Project Manager

Job Overview:
A Project Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, mitigating risks, and communicating with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Coordinate and lead project teams across departments to execute tasks.

Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Manage resources effectively to maximize efficiency and minimize costs.

Communicate project status, issues, and successes to stakeholders and senior management.

Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making to overcome project challenges.

Conduct post-project evaluations and document lessons learned.

Lead project meetings and manage documentation, including project charters, reports, and risk logs.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or PRINCE2 is highly preferred.

3–7 years of experience managing projects, preferably in the relevant industry.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Lean.
